Absolutely the best! After working with four different local electrical companies without any success, Wolverine came to the rescue and got our generator system back online functioning like new! Nobody could fix what was wrong, Wolverine is the best!!!

I own a commercial building powered by a Generac Generator. Wolverine is my only option for Warranty work. We had a problem with our generator and Wolverine dispatched Evan to diagnose why the engine serpentine belt blew off and caused damage to the front compartment. Well Evan decided he was not gonna touch the generator, eyeball it with an amateur diagnosis, and declare the belt blew off because of the generator enclosure was bent and cannot be covered under warranty. This was a ridiculous diagnosis. He did not remove any parts to investigate the cause and left me hanging with Generac. Avoid these guys if you need service.

David was absolutely amazing on a Saturday. I have an older generac system in my house that is industrial. Electrician has been trying to find a wiring diagram for 3 weeks with generac. They finally gave him the number for wolverine. Took less than 30 mins for them to find the wiring diagram for my electrician. If I could give them 1000 stars I would. I will finally have a fully working generac after I took a lighting strike to my house. Would highly recommend for any of your generac needs. I should add my electrican was my son. I will be calling soon to schedule a overall maintenance as my father usually took care of this for me and I just want to make sure I'm in good working order.

A generator replacement for a generator that fried due to a DTE power surge. I cannot say enough good things about the technicians and the office staff who were knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and worked very diligently to resolve our problem. I HIGHLY recommend Wolverine. I would like to add to my review a year later. We are THRILLED with our generator. Cheri Molony in the Service Department is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service!!! I highly recommend Wolverine Power systems.

After 25 years with our generator, we finally replaced it. David and Landen came out on time, carefully removed the old beast without disturbing the landscape, took extra precautions in laying boards down on the grass, and helped to load it on a friend's trailer. David walked me through all of the steps in the process, completed the job, and tested everything. Then he took the time to teach me how to use the app (which is what kids have to do for us ol' folks) and finally made sure that all of our furnaces and water heaters worked properly. As a Bed and Breakfast LLama Farm, the power has to stay on. My wife and I.....and all the llamas thank you for doing a great job.

From the first phone call to the installation process to the follow up this crew has been exemplary in every way! My previous generator company led me to believe that I needed a new generator or at the very least a new motor because it was eating too much oil. They suggested I buy it from them. I called Wolverine. They sent Landen out. What a good guy! He said there was no sign of leaking oil & that when the generator ran for 24 hours straight because of a power outage that it does go through a lot of oil. Landen said I definitely do NOT need a new motor or generator. What a relief! Thank you Landen and Wolverine! I’m definitely going with you from now on.
