We love Generator Super center in Denton! We love having the option to pay monthly for our service and we appreciate how they monitor our generator online to help prevent problems from occurring or to get a problem fixed before we were aware of it. Ryan M. came to do our yearly maintenance service today and he was wonderful. He was professional, respectful and helpful by telling us what was going on with our generator and showed us pictures so we could see what he was talking about. All the people at Generator Super Center have been wonderful to us over the 4 years we have owned our generator. We were happy to meet Ryan M. today. He represented his company well.

Chance quickly used his experience and diagnosed and fixed my Generac problem in minutes. He exceeded expectations in that he checked the oil and battery finding a need to clean connections and add oil. Outstanding service with positive attitude about his work. He explained what work was completed for my understanding.

Had our annual service done on our generator today. Ryan and Chase did a great job. They politely announced their arrival, walked me through the processed and answered a few questions before leaving. Every interaction I have had with Generator Supercenter of Denton since our purchase has been excellent. These are the guys to use if you are in the market for a generator. Excellent company.

Chase K is AWESOME!! Our electricity went out and he came within the hour. He quickly discovered a possum was living in our generator! It had made itself a big nest and quite at home in our generator. There were several loose and disconnected wires, too, due to the possum. Chase grabbed the possum by the tail, put it in a box, cleaned out all of the debris, fixed and reattached wires and had us up and running in no time. He also relocated the possum for us. Poor installation from another company caused this problem. Chase K recommended ways to fix this so it doesn’t happen again. Chase is a very friendly and trustworthy technician and will be the only person I will call from now on. What a gem!!
