Where can I start with Gavin? You don’t find customer service like this anymore. Gavin is very knowledgeable. Spent 90 minutes answering every stupid question I threw at him with a smile. He eve ran a floor model unit to answer my question of "how loud is it?" I was gonna go with a $15,000 Kohler, but I’m glad I came to Gavin. I live in Houston so I picked it up locally. Made himself available to any inquiries, questions, doubts and comments I may have in the future. Plus, he works with An electrician that contacted me Just minutes after leaving the store and was ready to come out and Install everything the next day. Would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home backup generator or even a portable one !

Gavin is the real deal. I started researching generators for our home and came across his youtube videos. He held nothing back, gave amazing feedback and helped us trust his knowledge. We went to his store to purchase a 16kW generator that I thought would be best for us and we talked through our power requirements, what I plan to run, and he said I really did not need to spend as much as I was planning to and a smaller generator would be perfect. We bought one 10.5kW generator and actually now have plans to purchase a 2nd one as you can daisy chain them together. This give me more power and also gives me ability to have a backup generator should something fail during a extended power outage. While Gavin did not push me to buy 2, I love the idea of this. I'll return to buy a 2nd from him soon. I'm very very happy with Gavin. He is a small business owner and was so kind to us, spent time really helping us to understand and sold us the right equipment for our needs rather than letting me spend too much. I can’t say anything that hasn’t been said about Gavin, his passion for his business and the high level of customer service he brings.
