I spoke with the representative by the name of Franco. He was amazing. He was patient knowledgeable and anythingl he wasn't sure of he investigated to give me the best answer that's possible for my question. I am very satisfied with what Franco. has provided. And I would be more than willing to refer. Anyone that asks for an energy company to Gexa? Franco, thank you, and God bless you.

I’ve been a loyal, on-time customer for over a year — but one small hiccup showed me exactly how little empathy this company has. The customer service felt robotic and cold, with zero understanding or flexibility, even for someone who’s never had an issue before. I wasn’t asking for much, just a little humanity, and it was met with scripted responses and policy talk. Really disappointing experience from a company I once trusted!

Franco helped with renewal contract for our home. He was very knowledgeable and most of all very professional. Awesome customer service person! Thank you for your kindness....we need more qualified customer service representatives like you.

I called Gexa to request new service, and I had a very satisfactory experience. I was able to get a very good rate, lower than what I have right now (8 cents less per kwh). Jaime Burgos, the representative that assisted me was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. He explained every detail and was able to answer all my questions.

Juan was very clear and thorough when helping me with my request. He made it super easy to understand the changes I was making to my account. I’m a new customer and so far, Gexa’s customer service has been phenomenal!

ELI on the renewal team is legendary. Spent 45 minutes with him on the phone trying to compare rates on powertochoose and he helped me navigate through the confusing process of choosing an energy plan. He explained everything very thoroughly and clearly. Eli had by best interest in mind and didn’t pressure me on choosing one plan over the other. He is equipped with knowledgeable experience! We had very high bills with low energy usage. Our house has solar panels on the front and rear. Our bill was over $300 a month. The overage of energy produced by our panels and sold to Gexa was pennies. The billing has no consistency other than being high. Once TNMP stopped reading our meter and we kept calling Gexa because it had been a few months without a bill. The large double bills kept coming after that, about every two weeks with lots of BS fees. We had to keep fighting it. Our contract finally is over. Thank God. Gexa loves to sponsor events and seem like a generous caring company, but they rob their customers to do it.
