Tony Rivera was our technician for this hvac cleaning and maintenance. This was our second time using Go Green, and we have been very impressed both times. Tony was so knowledgeable and respectful towards myself and my husband. I really appreciated the thorough inspection he provided. He also took many pictures so he could explain and show exactly what he saw and what he recommended. I would highly recommend using Go Green! I know we will continue to use them!

I am pleased to write this report; I don’t mind providing feedback. This is how our customers know who should they trust with hard earned money and have services done correctly, accurately the first time. Dakota arrived on time; punctual, he explained the reason why he was there; he shared the intentions and assured nothing will be done absent the customer’s John Hancock. The gentleman was transparent, showed thorough images, explained his work, took pride immensely in demonstrating his concerns he found in around my HVAC unit.. He answered all of my questions; and despite "hearing the bad news" I trust my money and gut to go with their services. A++++ Company does plenty of community outreach Punctual, knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, empathetic. I look forward to providing a follow up feedback on the services provided at my residence.

Both Conner a few weeks ago and Johnathan today, did an outstanding job in both their approach and investigating what problems that we have concerns with, with our water, pipping and plumbing throughout the house. Johnathan walked me thru the process again and stopped and asked if I had any concerns with what he saw thru his evaluation, that could and possibly need to be fixed. He gave me a few quotes and prices before leaving. He plans on reaching back out around the same time next week, after me and my brother go over and discuss what possible options we might choose to go with, that he discussed and went over with me. He also sent the information that he discussed with me, via email as well.

I an an executive for a Fortune 500 company on the global premium servicing strategy, so I appreciate and recognize excellence in service…. I have to say that Tony went above and beyond, giving solutions for a serious heating problem in the middle of the coldest days of the year. Highly impressed and appreciative!

Dylan was very professional. He checked my Hvac and did a great job. Got it ready for winter. I have had this company over a few times and each time they did great jobs. I just love this company.

Exceptional to be sure. Focused on tech details and very accommodating on questions. A great company is comprised of great people. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for as my grandfather used to say!

Maintenance for my gas pac and heat pump. Gino was very thorough, great explanation of everything he did and what he recommended we do. I do think Go Green is a bit pricey, you get what you pay for.
