Beth was very patient and extremely helpful in searching for all the parts to solve the puzzle of air filters regulators pipes and fittings. She was super knowledgeable and I wish there was two of her at every store.

GRAINGER ON MT READ USED TO PROVIDE COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE PRIOR TO PANDEMIC.. IT ONLY SEEMS RIGHT THAT GRAINGER REINSTALL THE COMPLIMENTARY COFFE BAR NOW.. ATTACHED PHOTO SHOWS THE EMPTY SPACE WHERE THE COFFEE WAS ORIGINALLY LOCATED..... update I must fully rebuke my previous review.. the coffee is back and the voice of the voiceless has been heard.. power to the people Make GRAINGER Great Again.. thank you to all grainger team members who made this possible.. store 656 is the best grainger in the country..

WOW. I walked in hoping to find a piece of specialized electrical cord. I was met by a very friendly staff and two of them came over to help narrow down the options. Now the stereotype of a female knowing about industrial supplies is a myth. They were very knowledgeable (better than a electrical warehouse). To make sure the part I was seeking was correct, they called their own tech line. Very polite, the price was excellent and they had it in stock. I was very pleased and I will be returning should the need arise.
