Poor customer service. This company has been promising me a refund for over a month. When I contact the call center, the representative kept me on hold for over 35 minutes. This is definitely my last time buying from this company.

The only reason to go to grainger is if you eat to waste time. They never have anything in stock and their tools ate more expensive than home depot or Lowes for the same exact tools.
Personal service, had to order 1 part not on hand. Did have 2 other part not available in Birmingham without ordering.
ORDERED ONLINE AND PICKED UP AT THE STORE. VERY EASY! MUCH LESS THAN PAYING FOR SHIPPING.
