GRID is absolutely incredible! I participated in the all-women volunteer build this past weekend in Colorado and it was so worth the flight from Michigan! I was able to build on my solar experience in a meaningful way, make strong connections with other awesome women in the industry, and help a great cause! Not to mention, the event was expertly run. As someone who has assisted in planning conferences in the past, I know it is an incredible amount of work, and they made it look flawless. Lastly, their dedication to social issues, evident through the people they invited to their panel and the questions that were asked, is inspiring. I will absolutely be volunteering with them in the future.

This is such an amazing place. The work they do in underrepresented communities and with people is beyond words. Compassionate, flexible, and unique. Their approach to solar is changing the world neighborhood by neighborhood.
