Super chill vibe, friendly and super helpful staff! I got to test out guitars freely and even got great recommendations for the best model for my recording setup. Totally worth dropping by Guitar Center — such a fun and inspiring visit!

Wanted to leave a review about one of the associates at my local Guitar Center here in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. The Gentleman's Name is Chuck Callaway. Chuck always goes out of his way to say hello to me, and take a few moments to visit with me. He always makes me feel more like family than a "customer". He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and professional, and just an all around great guy. I am 60 years old, and have played guitar in venues from Jacksonville, Florida to Hollywood, California and have played awesome joints such as The Whisky a Go Go, The Rainbow, The Roxy, The Viper Room, House of Blues Hollywood, House of Blues Anaheim, and many more. I have opened for bands and musicians such as Blackfoot, Quiet Riot, Eddy Money, Bulletboys, and many others including opening for Jefferson Starship. I currently have a band that I founded here on the Treasure Coast called GOING TO A GO GO which is a band that covers some of the great hippie tunes from the 60's and 70's as well as some killer surf music. I own around 30 guitars, to include numerous Strats, Les Pauls, Teles, Jazzmasters, Jaguars, etc. In the thousands of dollars that I have spent, across dozens of guitar centers, and of all the associates I have delt with in ANY of them - Chuck is the absolute BEST. Not trying to brag in my comments above - just saying I have a little bit of street credit to say that when I come across someone that truly deserves recognition - I think I am pretty spot on. Chuck it that person for sure! He is the reason I always go back to this store! Thanks for being an amazing person!

I had ordered two 8mm Wing Nuts for my Tom Tom T-Stand & a Gibraltar Cymbal Boom Stand Ship to Store. Went to pick them up today, the Wing Nuts were perfect but the Cymbal Boom only came with the, Knuckle. So I Returned that and bought a PDP Boom Arm & matching Knuckle. I now have a Second Cymbal Stand for my Road Kit!

Clean friendly staff Chris who runs the lessons is extremely accommodating. And Rob is an awesome instructor. Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their musical capabilities!

Frequent this place. They always have a great selection. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Tommy the luthier is top notch full of wisdom and highly recommended for all your repair needs.

Tommy in the repair shop is amazing! We were gifted an old acoustic bass guitar for my new to band son. I had no idea what we would be getting into as far as making it functional again. Tommy not only got it working with some custom engineering but re-stringed it and cleaned it up beautifully. Tommy took the time to show my son some tips and we purchased some additional equipment. Thank you Tommy for taking so much pride in your work. It's a rare quality these days. 🙂

Maybe the worst expirience of my life. I called the shop 3 days ago and asked them if they would Look at some amps. They said to bring them in 11-7 any day and it takes an hour to hook up to the meter. I drive hour and a half and they say they aren’t buying amps. What a waste of time. The best part is I say I called 3 days ago and the sales guy says you should have come in 3 days ago. What a joke
