H-E-B plus!

A pesar de que es muy buena tienda para surtir la despensa y lo necesario para el viaje. Siempre hacen de menos a los camioneros a pesar de que cada camionero cuando llega a sus tiendas mínimo gasta 50 a 100 dólares. Y aun asi nunca tienen un espacio asignado para que ellos se puedan estacionar y hacer sus compras sin preocuparse

Buen lugar para comprar todo lo que necesites para tu hogar 🙂 También hay comida preparada y lista para llevar, hay cajas con cajero y de auto cobro con efectivo o tarjeta! También encuentras muchas promociones y cupones!

This place is always clean. I like how I can find the items very quickly with their quick descriptions on top with each aisle. It helps that each item is placed firmly in their location with the price. I love how big it is and I can trust the quality of their food. I don't come here often as it is a distance from my home. However, the times I've been, there is a section tucked in by the food area and there tends to be quite a handful of people around the hours of 2pm-5pm and it gets a bit messy. Just passing through to get to the bathroom isn't that good. There are still items missing here and there throughout the store which us understandable since the company runs out quickly. The lines go pretty quickly so you shouldn't have issues shopping here with a quick errand or so.

Este Heb es mi favorito, pienso que es el más grande y con mayor surtido de Laredo, el personal nos atendió súper bien. Tiene suficientes cajas abiertas y de auto cobro. Encontré los chocolates de Mr Beast, Coca Cola Spiced, la repostería está muy bien. Tienen el área de comida muy grande. El estacionamiento es gratuito muy amplio. Además tiene tiendas cerca como Hobby Lobby. Lo recomiendo mucho ✌️

For special items and more international foods try Gucci B (HEB Del Mar Blvd & McPherson or HEB la carpa at San Dario & Calton Rd.) Plus, you can use the bank, customer service, beauty salon, gas station, etc. depending upon the store. For HEB, Walmart, & most of Laredo, no more plastic bag ban & the stores are back to providing you with a bag. Be prepared to wait in line during peak hours of the week. (Hey, being busy is a good thing! It means the current products get bought and then new ones get put on the shelves or in the bins. Less spoiled vegetables and fruits compared to some of the smaller, local, grocery stores.) Although, the small grocery stores serve a purpose too...local convenience. Money orders: be prepared to provide them with more personal information. They ask for your ID and SSN if you get a big money order amount. Yes, even if you pay in cash versus a debit card. Heb needs to hire better employees. They never answer the phone and when they do, they just transfer and transfer even for the simplest questions, and even if you ask them not to transfer you anymore, because you’ve already been on the line for 15 min, they’ll cut you off and still transfer. Very unprofessional and they clearly don’t care about their customer service.

Absolutely the best experience with this store. Always clean and well stocked. Responsive staff and management. Totally impressed by their professionalism, friendliness and thoughtful service. This is the best part of moving back to Texas: shopping my HEB again. No wonder all who move away lament losing this part of living in Texas.
