Kasey was professional, efficient, honest, and respectful. She arrived and explained what she was doing today. When finished she gave me a summary and provided additional options that could help my air quality in my home. In addition to doing a great job, she was kind, caring, and considerate of my home and family. She waiting patiently, listened, and communicated with my (non-verbal) special needs daughter while she sang a song and signed a sentence to her. (sign language) It was a great way to start our day. She is welcome in my home anytime!

Sammy, Dawson, and several others did a great job with our HVAC replacement. We had some adjustment requests which they handled with a smile and we are very grateful. Thanks guys! Overall very knowledgeable tech Thy was very professional. His install looks tons better than the previous 20 year old instillation. I am also very pleased with the customer support Hammond services has on staff. Would recommend you to call them if you need any service they offer.

Got a notice from our Nest thermostat that it appeared something was wrong with our HVAC. I set up a same day visit online and got a call immediately. Tech was out in under 2 hours & our 13 year unit was dead. Two days later, Dawson came out and put a whole new HVAC system in. He was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions & spent over 8 hours getting the unit and ductwork installed properly. Would definitely work with Dawson & Hammond again!

Michael was the BEST. He communicated will as he worked his way to our home to replace our water heater. He help me with his recommendation as to how I should construct the new water heater base. Michael was extremely polite and made sure I understood the process of flushing out the tank for longer tank life.
