We chose this company based on referrals from my coworkers. I was incredibly impressed by Haven’s communication, professionalism and fair price point. Our advisor was Andres and he took his time (2+ hrs) to explain everything in detail with what we needed. This included drawing everything out, pricing everything and explaining what we needed for our house. When the workers arrived, they took care in our house (wore booties, laid out work carpets so they didn’t dirty our carpets, and vacuumed everything after they were done). These may seem tiny things but made a world of difference. Highly recommend this company to everybody for their HVAC needs.

I've been using Haven at my home for about 6 years now. I recommend them to all of my friends. I stumbled across Haven as a referral when we were having issues with a mini split system. Andres was the 3rd contractor we used for our mini split. He was the only person who could actually find and fix the issue with that system. Fast forward to today. The main AC equipment for our home sprung a refrigerant leak. Andreas helped us understand our options between repairing our current system at its age, the new federal laws that took effect Jan 1 in regards to refrigerant and equipment, the duct layout of our 2 story home, and the efficiency gains we could achieve for heating and cooling our home with more modern equipment without completely re-ducting our entire house. We made an expensive choice with Andres, but we're confident it was a good choice given the options and our specific situation in our home. The Haven installers for our new equipment were great (shout out to Hector and Bryan)! Their end product looked very clean and professionally done. They were polite and entertained all of my annoying questions during the day during the install. Also I want to shout out to Sean who's been our main service guy from Haven for the last couple of years. I would highly recommend the Haven team to anyone.

In the summer of 2022, I had the AC condenser replaced through a handyman, but unfortunately, the system still didn’t work properly. I contacted several HVAC companies for a full replacement, and that’s when Andreas, the founder of HAVEN, came by to assess the situation. He took the time to explain everything clearly and provided a quote on the spot, which I really appreciated. What stood out most to me was the financing option they offered—it made the decision much easier. After signing the contract, the installation went smoothly. However, the thermostat didn’t initially show the option to switch between the dual heating system (gas and heat pump). A few days later, a supervisor came out in person and fixed the issue. Throughout the whole process, Andreas was responsive and reassuring, always quick to answer my calls and emails. Now that everything is working perfectly, I’m just so happy to finally enjoy a cool, comfortable summer. I’m very satisfied with the overall experience and would definitely recommend HAVEN to anyone considering an HVAC upgrade!

Jake was excellent and exceptionally knowledgeable. He knew just what to do; identified the problem and resolved our issue quickly. Plus Haven was able to schedule us on less than 24 hours notice. Our A/C was back up and running including a complete and thorough checkup in well under 2 hours. I recommend them highly.

Our HVAC unit suddenly stop blowing cold air so we search online for a company to diagnose our unit. From our 1st phone call to request a service, to the diagnostic visit by Sean, until the day Edgar & Ryan came to repair/change our unit - we could say we experienced a TOP NOTCH costumer service from the start to the end of our encounter. Very impressed with the work that Jake Juarez did with my HVAC unit. I requested maintenance on my system which is over 10 years old. Jake thoroughly examined my system and explained the system very clearly. He offered 3 different options outlining the benefits of each and gave me expert recommendations on each of the options. He had all the necessary equipment to repair and replace some failing components. And professionally cleaned my motor and coil. I highly recommend Haven and Jake for your HVAC needs!

We had a fantastic experience with our AC installation from start to finish. Andreas, our comfort specialist, was awesome—knowledgeable, friendly, and really took the time to explain our options without any pressure. He made the whole process smooth and easy to understand. Hector and Cristo handled the installation and did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient, and made sure everything was clean and working perfectly before they left.
