John was excellent. He performed an annual furnace service, checked my AC (he even rinsed the pollen off the outer grill), and got my gas fireplace back in operation. He is very knowledgeable and completely professional. He took extra time to explain details and offer suggestions for my household heating and cooling. His charge for all three was more than reasonable. I cannot express how thankful I am that I chose Hawkeye Heating and Cooling. It was a great decision.

Had John install an AC for me in 2024. Was very pleasant to work with. Good price. Came back this year for the annual check up and even checked out my furnace. Everything is running great! He's just one of the nicest and honet guys I've worked with.

Very thankful for Hawkeye Heating and Air. During the hottest week in the summer, John, came to our rescue and installed a new AC. (This was after he worked diligently to find a better solution to a complete replacement but after 23 years, it was time.) His pricing was fair and he made sure to make sure the job was done correctly.
