I contacted this company when my furnace stopped working. The initial visit was prompt (next day), and the technician diagnosed the issue as a bad main board. However, the service fell apart immediately after. Uncertainty and Lack of Guarantee: The technician was unable to confidently promise that replacing the board would fix the issue, nor could he tell me what warranty the company would offer on the expensive replacement part, despite me explaining this was the second time this board had failed. Severe Communication Breakdown: I was told the part would take about a week. After waiting a week with no heat in the house, I called multiple times and emailed with no response. When I finally reached someone, they were unhelpful and promised to look into "every detail" and call me back, which they did not. Abysmal Customer Service: The follow-up call I finally received was from an agitated employee who could not provide a firm answer on the part's location or delivery, and when I pressed for an estimate on when my furnace would be fixed, he hung up on me. Due to the lack of heat, the non-existent communication, and the utterly unprofessional customer service, I was forced to order the replacement part myself from a third-party seller. I do not recommend this company. Their technical service may be okay, but their post-diagnosis service, communication, and basic professionalism are unacceptable.

Great communication, easy to contact and schedule appointments. The service reminders via text are very helpful. Quality work, we've had these guys at a previous home back in 2017 when the company was BERS and recently at our home in 2025 - all experiences have been great. Pricing seems reasonable. We really appreciate this company!

We recently had Heart of Ohio HVAC service our garage heater for regular maintenance check. They showed up on time, technician was knowledgeable and pleasant. Price was reasonable too. Will definitely recommend them!

I have had great experiences with this company used them for a part that needed replaced on my A/C unit. Then called for plumbing both gentleman that came out was courteous, answered all my questions on how they were going to fix the problem and gave me a quote before they started. Called to clear a blocked pipe in the bathroom. Technician was very polite, professional and efficient. Price was quoted upfront prior to any work done, work was completed quickly, final price was as quoted. Would definitely use again when needed.
