Heise's Plumbing

Very strong first work job from Heise's. Sergio was incredibly well informed as an estimator. James and Marlon were fast, accommodating and did a great cleanup.

I received excellent service. Scheduling the service call was easy. They arrived within the time window specified. Cesar was polite and efficient. Less than 24 hours after my issue was reported it was resolved. I would highly recommend Heise’s. I have been using them for over 20 years and they don’t disappoint.

T10/21: Honestly this experience was not great. Low customer service/bedside manner (indifferent attitude, did not seem knowledgeable, "just doing my job" kind of bad vibe). Confusing and conflicting communication. The crew got the job "done" repairing our gas lines. I still smell gas and now we have new holes in our existing gypsum board ceilings that were left without comment, apology, or patching. I used to have a high opinion of Heise’s until now. Will see how it goes from here. We all have bad days. Maybe we our bad days happened to line up today. Hopefully it will be better tomorrow. W10/22-UPDATE: Heise’s A-Team was responsive to the call back and made it right with apologetic kindness, patience, and expertise. Night and day difference in communication and willingness to explain the work they are doing. I wish I did not have to write what I wrote yesterday, but when you hear "gas leak" and "hazardous", you want the work done right and to be taken seriously. Yesterday I was not. Today my opinion of Heise’s is redeemed. My advice to consumers, if you get a gut feeling at the start that you are not dealing with a tech that is ready to do the work with expertise, pause the work and check with a supervisor. I know I know… a Karen asking for a supervisor. I swear I am not that person. I just don’t want my house to blow up.

Erick and his partner installed our new Toto toilet and washlet. Not every plumber is familiar with these toilets/washlets, but they were efficient and knew what they were doing. Very satisfied with the service, and would use Heise's again.

I had a great experience with Heise! They were able to accommodate my request the same day, and the technician who fixed my water heater was fantastic. Highly recommend their service!

I had been paying $60/month to Choice Home Warranty for a long time and never had to use them. I submitted a request for service and they sent a text saying that it would be almost one week before they would get someone out to clear my kitchen drain. I was so frustrated that I Googled plumbers in my area and,, luckily, Heises came up. Mike was incredibly helpful and Brandon, who came within a few hours, was nice and efficient. While I wouldn’t expect such prompt service every time (from anyone : ) - It saved the day as I was having people over to watch the Series. Needless to say, I cancelled my "Choice" monthly service right away. Highly, highly recommend!

Excellent service. James and his co-worker were skilled, professional, and very pleasant. They did an excellent job, and on short notice. I'm definitely a continuing customer and am happy to recommend Heise's Plumbing. On a more recent visit, Ceasar did an equally skilled job (on a different, but related, project), and was also very professional and pleasant. In both cases, Heise's Plumbing was very responsive and provided excellent service on short notice.
