We had a new heat pump and gas furnace installed by Hendricks Heating & Cooling Co. Their estimator was helpful but not pushy. Their offer was slightly lower than the others we received. The installation crew arrived on time, was pleasant, and worked quickly. I was impressed by how the installation crew's senior member went out of his way to teach the junior members. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Jeff called prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and immediately set about his work. He covered his shoes with booties prior to entering my home, which I truly appreciated. Sam was professional, courteous, and personable; I hope I can request him for my next service call. l will definitely be recommending Hendricks Heating & Cooling Co. to those I know who may be in need of the services offered. I have already recommended the company this morning to someone I know.

Overcharged and underserved. HVAC Contractor replaced our furnace, but it's been malfunctioning ever since. They won't honor their warranty or fix the issue without more paymentsm

They were quick to service my needs with the furnace. They came out the next day from my initial call and gave me an acceptable 2nd opinion from another company that came earlier that week. I was also able to get a price quote for parts and service later that same day. I was also able to meet with a sales person within a day or two of calling. All in all I had great service from office staff, technicians and sales reps. Everyone was fast to service. Thanks.

Fred was completely professional and helpful throughout the installation process. We wanted replacement of the old furnace and he helped us chose the new model that would work best. Not only were they willing to refer to give me the best service possible, but the referral was a great one and I was very thrilled with his work. Approved.
