I found this place after spending a lot of money. I think Nelson and his very professional and polite colleagues are the best choice for troubleshooting electronic problems and computer systems. I went to many mechanics and spent a lot of money. In the first meeting, they suggested the last solution and this was not professional. But Nelson and his friends, with an initial and step-by-step examination, reach a conclusion and choose a solution. Thank you to them.

Three times I am bringing my trucks in and they are charging me and once the truck getting in duty the same problem will come again. They refused to refund the full money it was 956 $ for manifult repair and I get it fixed somewhere else for 270$ only. One more time for fifth wheel they keep sending me back and forth and they didn't fix it and they refused to refund the money. Moreover staff and manager is very roud, they didn't pay attention or respect to the client. It's an awful garage not recommended at all. We should rate them in minus

Avoid Hilux Auto Electric - They Subcontract Work and Don't Take Responsibility! We've been loyal customers of Hilux Auto Electric for years, trusting them with all repairs on our truck. Over the last three months alone, we spent over $10,000 on repairs, believing that we were in good hands. To our shock, we recently discovered that Hilux subcontracts their work to other mechanics without informing customers--and worse, they refuse to take responsibility when things go wrong. Their subcontracted mechanic ruined our engine, and now they're trying to charge us $20,000 for an engine replacement! Had we known they weren't the ones actually working on our vehicle, we would have gone elsewhere. If you value honesty, accountability, and skilled workmanship, stay far away from Hilux Auto Electric. We're beyond disappointed and would never trust them with our vehicle again.

Very knowledgeable. Not meny employees speak English but they do a great job. Always busy, need to get in line 2hrs before they open to reserve a spot...

Very professional and take care of business and the price was fair

Honestly I was worried my AC on my 16 pro star was done for but they were able to get it going. If you know about international pro stars AC issues you know just not anyone can work on them. For Nelson and his guys to get it working is a big deal. Highly recommend this place
