Shipper is really nice load you very quickly And make sure to have Printed bol for pickup otherwise you will have to wait according to their policy just for this mistake I had to wait 24 hours but still shipper is Nice they tried their best

Excellent unloading planty of space but After u ext the hwy follow google map the truck gps will take u 2 miles before use the delivery name with the google maps

Very unprofessional, I see why so many former employees have left bad reviews. I’m just a freight carrier and had terrible experiences the only two times I’ve been there. Dis-organized and rude. They’re response to former employees reviews is the tell tale sign. I’d definitely look at buying a generator elsewhere, I can only imagine what the product they manufacture is like.

We bought several generators from them for our business, and are very satisfied with their performance. so satisfied, i bought one for my home use. the staff went over and above expectations in making sure we bought the right size for our needs. Thanks again Hi Power staff

Called for some help on some issues with a customer's fleet of units acting up. The service phone number would just hang up as soon as you got through. Of course the sales line works, I'm sure they love selling them, just not taking care of customers after the fact. I had sales put me through to service, just got voicemail. Been a week and no call back.

HiPower's factory is awesome. We were fortunate to have a tour, and their CEO, President, director of marketing and staff made sure to welcome and engage with our group directly. Their facilities and manufacturing floor are very modern and demonstrates why they produce such quality generators.
