Home Comfort sent tech extraordinaire Noah N to tune up our furnace. First off, Noah is very well-mannered and respectul. He's been with the company for several years and is well versed in HVAC-speak because of his industry experience. Our system isn't ancient (11 years), but it definitely has some wear and tear. He explained in detail his analysis and recommendations, showing us temperature and carbon monoxide readings, and photos of the insulation, duct work, and furnace components, including the inside of the heat exchanger. In addition, we have odd-sized filters. Noah traveled to a couple different supply warehouses to get them for us, ensuring that they would fit perfectly and we were well taken care of. I recently had Joe service my older heater and AC unit. From start to finish, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism. Joe delivered amazing customer service and provided invaluable customer education, clearly explaining the current condition of my old unit, what the service entailed, and potential long-term issues, all without pushing for an immediate sale. I highly recommend him for his honest, knowledgeable service and commitment to helping customers understand their systems.

My service technician was Hector, and I was very impressed with his performance. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and communicated exceptionally well. He called ahead to inform me of his arrival time, and he was punctual. When he came in, he was very careful with his ladder and tools and even wore booties over his work boots, which I appreciated. Hector shared valuable information about my HVAC system. He adjusted the dampers in one of the bedrooms to allow for more airflow and checked on my filter, which was quite dirty. I had attempted to remove it myself but was worried about damaging something, so I felt embarrassed not being able to do it. While checking the condenser, Hector noticed it was very dirty. I paid extra to have it cleaned, as I didn't realize how much it was affected. In my area, we experience high winds and a lot of dust, especially since we live near a school that recently underwent renovations. He explained how I could maintain and clean the condenser myself and went over how to change the filter and adjust the settings on my air conditioning unit. We also discovered that we grew up in the same city and shared stories about a popular local restaurant that only those familiar with the area would know. It was wonderful reminiscing about those memories while discussing the work he was doing. I truly appreciate all of Hector's advice, and if you ever get the chance to work with him, I highly recommend it. He is a wonderful young man.

Aaron and Bernie were professional and did excellent work. They clearly explained what they did and why and finished in one day. I appreciate their work ethic. They installed a new Furnace and AC systems.

Daniel H and his work partner did great review and cleaning of our A/C system. They showed us pictures and explained any issues they saw. The next day Diego & Diego arrived early and completely changed the ductwork for us. They were young but worked well together and were detailed and organized. Daniel Tubbs was great very thorough and found rodent issues with my attic. I can count on Daniel and home comfort to take care of me! After signing up for the membership Daniel showed the best customer service by removing my wasp nest that I had. Didn't know that was a service they provided!
