Hooper Service

We are finally finishing our basement and hired Hooper Service for all the HVAC and plumbing we needed done, including replacement of existing in-floor drain lines and a new full bath with steam shower. Being an older home with old drains coupled with the decision to add steam made for some interesting problem-solving. Hooper was punctual and Chris our plumber called me to give me a heads up every time he was on his way over. He is an artist, have a look at his steam generator install! They're fast, NOT the most expensive option, and obviously very professional, teaching me along the way about my systems and offered maintenance advice. If they can handle this job with ease, chances are good they can handle yours too! Highly recommend you give them a call.

We had a great experience with our Hooper Corporation technician who came out to fix our AC. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything up and running again in no time. Not only was he knowledgeable and efficient, but also courteous and respectful of our home. Hooper's 24-hour emergency service was great! I had a plumbing issue after hours and was able to speak with a knowledgeable tech who diagnosed the problem over the phone. He arranged to call the city to turn off the water to my house in the morning and promptly came out to fix the broken value. Awesome job and I highly recommend!

A part on our furnace was going out. Hooper went above and beyond to get the part overnight at half the cost of local distributors. When they came to fix, our furnace was fixed in under an hour. The technician was incredibly professional and courteous.
