Lakes Heating & Air Conditioning

I have been using Lakes for years! They are fantastic! Always on time, fix what needs to be fixed, maintain my furnaces and AC units twice a year and are reasonably priced. I have always had friendly and knowledgeable technicians! Today was no exception with Zach! Great service appointment!

Joshua Lawhorn was our service guy for our regular yearly maintenance on our furnace. He was fantastic. Explained everything he was doing along the way and asked if there was anything else he could answer or do for us when he was done. Exceptional customer focus and service. Thank you Joshua.

Just as summer was ending, so was our AC unit. Thankfully we have had a service conract with Lakes Heating & Air Conditioning since 2013. I called, they came and unfortunately couldn't revive the AC unit. So, we had to replace the unit. Since our furnace and water heater were all installed at the same time, we decided to replace all three units. Pricing was competitive and scheduling installation was quick. The water heater was installed first. Technician Tom Carpenter was prompt and efficient to get us up and running with hot water. Next came Blake Carson and Ryan (?) to get the Ac/furnace installed. They were on time, courteous of our home, covering all flooring so they could come in/out without much mess, and efficient in getting the AC unit/Furnace installed in a timely manner. They even swept the floor around the furnace when they were finished! I highly recomment Lakes Heating & Air Conditioning for any HVAC / water heater needs!

I was able to get prompt service when my house air conditioning broke during a heatwave. The technician, Jake Taylor, was very good at performing his job. He was especially pleasant and very good at answering my many questions. He explained things thoroughly and didn’t mind my watching him work. He was polite and courteous and did a good job to get things working well. He is an asset to Lakes Heating and I would highly recommend this company.

Brynn Laser did anual inspection and maintenance on my furnace. I bought the package where Lake will be back to inspect my A/C unit in the spring. Brynn was very pleasant and professional. She showed a level of confidence beyond her age. It is impressive to see women in the HVAC field. Lake should be congratulated for taking the initiative.

Joshua did an excellent job servicing our furnace. He was on time, polite, efficient, and professional. We have been very pleased with Lakes Heating and Air Conditioning and its technicians.

Brynn was out today to do our A/C Maintenance. She contacted us and let us know of her arrival time which was perfectly in the window given. She arrived and discussed her plan for the service. She was very thorough in everything she did. Her attention to detail was outstanding and informed us after the service of a potential issue with a capacitor that was not within manufacture specifications and we asked her to replace it as needed. It was so awesome to see such an awesome focus on the equipment and our comfort. She is an awesome technician and is a fine representative for Lakes Heating.
