Our tech was John S. My entire system wasn't responding to the thermostat, he found the problem, laid out our repair options and prices clearly so there were no surprises, and fixed it pretty quickly. He was super professional and courteous, I would definitely recommend him and the company, and will be calling them again if I have any more issues!

Technician Molina is awesome! He figured out the issue with the unit and fixed it so it won’t happen again. Unfortunately, for my unit, it could happen again but with their maintenance plan all is preventable. These guys are terrific and know what they are doing. Best purchase ever!

We've had excellent service with Winds of Valley LLC. Joseph came to replace our thermostat. He took the time to help us get it set up with our phones and is a wonderful man. Truly, everyone from this company has been helpful.
