Technician showed up on time and performed the repairs to my system withing an hour. AC is up and running - all family members are happy. Love the company and their workers, never an issue and always a quick response.

These guys are great! Trustworthy, fair, and very knowledgeable. I had an issue with my furnace that they diagnosed fast, got the part they needed which was under warranty so no cost to me, and made the fix. Thank you to Hector, Gerardo, and Ricky for your help. My family can sleep in comfort now.

Excellent company with their service. Though they changed ownership a few years ago they have the same detail to service and quality as the original owner that we had been using for decades. It's a pleasant surprise that there are still businesses that adhere to the policy that the customer deserves quality and promptness for their needs. Hector and Gerardo replaced my heater and A/C last summer. They also installed all new ducting. The A/C worked great but when the cold weather hit this winter, my wife and I felt that the bedroom farthest from the heater was too cold. They analyzed the situation and decided to add a dedicated duct to the bedroom in question...no charge to me. My wife and I are happy now. We would give this company six stars if we could! My family has been a long time customer. We have had all of our air conditioning units installed by Anaheim heating and air conditioning. However, less than two years ago I had to get a new central air and heating. I also had a mini split installed in a bedroom that was not cooled by the central air. Up until a couple of months ago, everything was working well. Then the mini split fans started making noise like it was rubbing against something. It started off extremely quiet and then gradually got worse and worse. I contacted Anaheim Heating And Cooling for a service and repair. I was quite concerned about getting it fixed as soon as possible because I was going to have rotator cuff surgery on August 30. Unfortunately, after a couple of attempts at fixing the noise, there has been no further service or attempts to repair or replace the unit. I have called a couple of times only to be told that they are waiting for feedback from the manufacturer. I’m extremely disappointed with the service, especially after being their customer for all these years and knowing that they are a family run company. I was talked into getting a service contract for the next year, for which I am now regretful. I am hoping for a favorable solution and to get my mini split replaced or repaired.
