Dealing with Sano was the best customer service I have ever had! Anthony was Amazing He is so Knowledgeable, Patient and Caring. I knew just from my interaction with him that my project was going to go well and I was not Disappointed at all. From the person that called to confirm my appointment to the installers that did the work everyone was so Friendly and Patient with me and all my Questions. If I Could give 10 Stars I Would! I will be referring Anthony and Sano to all my family and friends!

When our old system needed to be replaced, they gave us clear options without trying to upsell or push anything unnecessary. We received a quote from a company we have used before and I did not like the way they were trying to get me to spend a lot of money. But when Darron from Sano gave us our free estimate, he was polite, knowledgeable, and never once tried to upsell us—just gave us clear, honest options that fit our needs. The team (Pedro R. and Mike S.) showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done right before they left. Sano H&AC is ready to work! AC failed on Tues, appt with Christian Weds, complete HVAC and vent install started Thurs. Christian and Patrick walked the project prior to demo, answered all questions - professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Noel and Jacob are the A-team for demo & install. After meeting with Anthony from Sano, we were confident that we were dealing with an honest and reputable company with very knowledgeable representatives, and we were given a very reasonable estimate for replacing our central a/c system. So, though we'd talked with other companies, we decided to go with Sano. The very next morning, Noel, Jacob, and Tyler showed up with our new system. They were friendly and respectful, and they really knew their stuff. They worked carefully and efficiently, and by the end of the afternoon, our 86-degree home was a comfortable 70 degrees again. We want to send out a huge thank you to Anthony, Noel, Jacob, and Tyler. They did a stellar job, made the project a pleasant experience, and we're extremely pleased with the result. To my mind, the outstanding quality of Sano's personnel speaks volumes about their company's leadership, and I can't recommend the folks at Sano highly enough.
