Diamond Heating & AirTemp Alaska

We had to replace our forced air furnace last week. From the moment I called Diamond Heating & AirTemp Alaska we received an excellent and professional service from everyone involved in the process. First it was Sam who helped us understand various options we had and explained pros and cons of each option. Once we decided on the system we wanted, he was able to schedule an install within a couple of days. Adam & Brad installed the new furnace and were very friendly and efficient. Overall an outstanding experience! We'd highly recommend Diamond Heating & AirTemp to anyone and everyone who might need help with their HVAC system.

Adam did a great job installing my new hot water heater. He was very kind and respectful- I felt safe with him in my home. He explained things to me in a way I would understand and was very quick and thorough as well. I also would like to thank technician Matt and Sam R. for their excellent service and communication with me. I never felt like I was being sold a product. Rather, they were dedicated to educating me and left me the decision to choose their company rather than the other companies I got estimates from. On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, Adam and Andy installed an IBC tankless water heater at my home. The install didn't take long. Adam and Andy were friendly but professional and appeared to be very knowledgeable. I appreciate them explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. They even went the extra mile and drained water from my crawlspace. I want to thank Sam (Consultant) and Kelli (Install Coordinator) for ensuring everything was set up and ran smoothly. The entire process took less than a week. Diamond Heating also installed a Trane furnace at my home back in August 2022. So far, no issues. I highly recommend Diamond Heating and AirTemp. They really are just better at it!

My boiler was leaking a lot more than it usually did on a Friday evening. I called several companies and Keith with Diamond Heating came out to inspect my boiler and replace the pressure relief valve in addition to ensuring my expansion tank was working properly. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, he answered all of my questions about my boiler and considering this was an after hours call out the price was better than the other company I've used for my HVAC inspections and repairs. I highly recommend them and will be using them from now on for my inspections and repairs.

Mike and Brad did an amazing job replacing the heating system with the new system they brought over. They both were very professional at what they do. Communicated well on how to replace the new filters inside the duct, and communicated well on how to use the new thermostat. They were both very polite and amazing people. Go Raiders! You have an amazing duo with these 2 people Diamond Heating.

Selected this company based off the reviews. I’m not impressed. On the day of service, I had an emergency at my kid’s school during my 8-hour waiting period for technician arrival. And just how my luck goes, I got notified the technician was enroute to my residence when I was out taking care of my kid. When the technician called me to determine my whereabouts, I responded that I could be there in 40 mins. I was told the technician would move on to the next call and would return when that call was completed. I called the technician approximately 3 hours later to determine if they would return and I was told they were assigned an additional service call after the one they were on and that I needed to call the office. The office never notified me that I needed to reschedule, just allowed me to sit around another 3 hours thinking a technician would return. There’s no concern about actually getting my heat repaired. I’ve already waited two weeks to get scheduled for the first call and promptly got discarded because I had a 40 min window for arrival due to an emergency (quick reminder, they expect you to wait 8-hours). The front office and scheduler are not customer focused, only looking to make a dollar. I’m quoted around $800 for them to come out and just look at my system. The technician I spoke with was absolutely professional and wanted to assist but can only do what the scheduler and front office demand. Now they want me to wait another week for service after already waiting two weeks with no heat. The best they could do is place me on a call list. This is definitely a company looking out for themselves and not the customer.

Awesome service! My furnace needed to be replaced recently and couldn’t be happier with the service. The initial service technician Lillian was absolutely awesome — professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Same can be said for the technician that completed the replacement, Andy. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the new system is running perfectly. Highly recommend if you're looking for reliable and top-notch HVAC service!
