My AC was broken and I needed a repair urgent. I called him and he came to my house at the time he promised. He repaired the AC and also made routine maintenance. It was a disaster for us not having cooler but he solved the problem quickly. I recommend this company everyone. It was a great experience.

Could not have been happier using this company, Sam was fast, thorough and fixed our heater problem. Such a pleasure to work with- will be using them in the future with some house updates.

I called Sam to come out to one of my rental units for issues with the heater. We came out the same day and was able to fix the issue after ordering the part. My tenants were very happy with how timely the issue was reserved. He also recommended that my heat/air co diction if units needed a major cleaning, because of large trees above them. He did a stellar job and sent me photos of all his work, before and after. I highly recommend Sam for any heating or cooling issues you may have.

I contacted with cool star through a referral for my HVAC installation as well as maintenance on another house. The owner of the business personally showed up to collect specifications. He was ver meticulous about checking all the aspects of the current installation and offered very valuable insights about the new installation. Their prices are unbeatable. They we way below two other quotes that I previously received. They showed up early for the installation. The crew did a superb job. They even called two days later to check if we have any issues. I strongly recommend this service.

Cool Star, LLC is an amazing company. The owner is joyfully courteous and truly cares about his client's projects. He installed new units for my commercial building, a Montessori School. He was reliable, fair, consistent, and timely with all of our needs for the HVAC system. I highly recommend this company.
