Mr. Kiyar came out SAME DAY for an emergency replacement of a tankless water heater. He did excellent work (even buying and transporting the last Rinnai unit his supplier had in stock!) and his price beat everyone else’s by far!

Mohammed was great. Ended up recharging with refrigerant. Paid 1/8 the price of a new fridge for everything. Very reasonable service call of $60 waived. Would highly recommend.

They answered right away and had me schedule for the following day. They were on time and at the earlier side of the arrival window which is rare and handled parking on their own. Moe was professional, knowledgable and worked quickly. They arranged payment directly with the Landlord. I pretty much just had to be home and everything was solved within the same day. Would use again.

Mohamed provides great service at a very reasonable price. His $50 house call fee that can be used towards the repair is fairer than others I contacted. He was available quickly and arrived on time. He is also friendly and willing to explain the problem and his repair work. I would highly recommend him. He did some simple fixes on my freezer and washing machine and I plan to use him again in the future.
