Had Corey, William, and Max out to the house for some electrical and plumbing work. They installed a new outlet pretty far from the panel, replaced a breaker and a switch, and installed our garbage disposal (it comes with a pretty generous warranty). They also replaced two outdoor faucets—to be the frost-free ones. What really stood out about the electrical work was that they got it all done without needing to cut into any drywall, which we really appreciated. Everything was done cleanly and professionally. They explained what they were doing, answered questions, and made sure everything worked before wrapping up. I also signed up for their yearly maintenance plan that covers HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. And the military discount was a nice bonus. Solid crew—experts, on time, personable, respectful, and easy to work with. Will definitely call them again.

Aaron was phenomenal. He explained everything quite well; we feel we were given a fair price after understanding all that was involved. He came on time, did an excellent job with the removal and reinstalling a new water heater. In addition, he was able to replace the water valves needed to have our new washer installed. We weren’t necessarily going to replace the water heater at that time, but he showed us leaks and corrosion, informed us it could burst at any moment! So he also made a sale for the company because originally he was only there for the water valves. We are very grateful for his professionalism and skills!!!

I had an issue with my furnace yesterday. HVAC tech Julia Hardisty came over to look through at the furnace in my crawl space late in the day. We found the issue to be electrical. She left after 6 PM and put a call into an electrician with FH Furr. 20 minutes later Austin Hylton showed up to have a look. He stayed until past 8 PM to help fix the electrical issue, which ended up being a silly flip of an unknown switch in the house. They both spent all their time after hours helping to get heat back into my house for what ultimately ended up an incredibly easy fix. After all their work after hours, the showed no signs of annoyance for having to work late over an easy fix, just happy to help their customer. These are the kind of employees gain the trust and appreciation of their customer base. If FH Furr reads these, please see to it these employees are given kudos.

I had a fantastic experience with William. He arrived first thing in the morning and was able to quickly and clearly identify the problem. He laid out the possible solutions and was very transparent about the next steps. We ultimately decided to finance a new unit, and he was with me every step of the way, patiently walking me through the entire process. His knowledge of the systems and current products was impressive. It was a smooth and positive experience from start to finish, and I'd recommend this company to anyone dealing with a broken AC.

Mark was absolutely great! Our water heater went out at 5 pm today and the tech was at our house about 30 minutes after we called. He was super respectful and efficient. One of the nicest people I’ve ever worked with! He tested everything thoroughly! Would 100 percent recommend you guys to my friends and family!
