I can’t say enough good about Brandon. He has always done us right. The first time he did a job for us my husband told him he would go behind him and check his work. That didn’t bother Brandon at all. He is a man of his word and will treat you right. I have recommended him to all of my family and friends and they have all been pleased. I highly recommend him.

We just bought a new house, and our eco thermostat wasn't wired correctly, so it wouldn't cut the heat on. We called North AL Heating & Cooling, and they quickly diagnosed the problem. They kept me informed, went to get a part, and had my air running the same day. They will be my first call from now on. A few other companies couldn't make it on short notice.

I have used this company several times and the most important thing I can say about Brandon is he is HONEST. I thought I had a problem that was going to be very expensive. He walked me through what was actually wrong (not what I thought). It cost me a fraction for the repair. If I have problems, I call him. He knows what he's doing and is Honest.

Brandon installed a whole house dehumidifier for us. He knew exactly what we needed to correct our high humidity levels. They are now down to exactly where we needed them to be. We will definitely be using him again in the future.

I can not say enough great things about this company! Brandon will absolutely make sure that you are taken care of. I would highly recommend checking them out if you need any HVAC repairs.

Ive used them alot in the past and would have always given a 5 star, however, this time I called 3 days in a row and never did get a call back but did leave messages with secretary. Had a known friend call and she told him that they have nobody available to do the work. Not sure what the deal was. UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE: Sir, I do apologize for MY misunderstanding.
