I was having problems with my condensing unit making noise that would wake me up at night. Connor came and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts that were needed. When he returned with the new parts he had them installed quickly and efficiently. My system is now running like when it was new and I think that my neighbor will appreciate the quiet as much as I do. I highly recommend AireServ for their promptness, professional technicians and very fair pricing.

Jason and his team are very knowledgeable in all things AC. Honest and trustworthy. I was quoted an entire unit by another company and decided on a second opinion. They diagnosed the issue and charged me less than $300.00 and now the ac is working pertly fine. HUGE SAVINGS!

The technician got here a lot faster than what I expected. Hours ahead of there scheduled time, unannounced! Which had me late for my medical appointment. The technician appointment time was for later that afternoon, not that morning. The technician explained to me what was going on and what he was going to do to correct the problem. So it was good communication on his part. And at one time, what separated AireServ from the competition was there lower cost for services, now they are just as high as their competition. In the world of HVAC there are companies out there that will rob you blind, but with AireServ I believe you still get truthfulness and honesty with the work they perform, just to be prepared for the sticker shock. Almost $500 for about 24 minutes of work. This was to blow the line clean and add a t joint.

Jason had someone to my house on a Saturday am in less than two hours. He did a fantastic job at getting me back up and running in short time, and was fairly priced. Highly recommend!

A casualty of Hurricane Francine was my 16-yr old 4-ton AC unit (RIP). When I turned to Aire Serv for help, they didn't just try to sell me a new unit, but walked me through 4 different options and educated me about upcoming EPA regulations in Jan 2025 (look them up - it might save you a few bucks!) and how they could affect my choices in a year. They also helped me identify a unit based on ratings which could also earn some tax credits come tax season. For the install, I commend Steven, Connor, and Sam in navigating some tight spaces around my house in getting the new unit to its installation location. This was not an easy job by any means and while the old 16-yr old unit was big, the new one was much larger and heavier!! Unlike the previous unit, AireServ installed the new one on a platform that made it more accessible and serviceable. Post-install, I can certify I don't just have a new working AC unit, but a quieter and more energy efficient one. While I have another smaller (also 16-yr old) AC unit, this one is still working and I trust and use maintenance support from AireServ to extend its life for some time. Thanks to them, I am aware of heat pump options that I will consider when this smaller unit croaks. Ultimately, for those of you that are looking, I *highly* recommend working with the AireServ team, learning about upcoming regulations and how they affect your options, and choosing a solution that works best for YOU!
