Jimmy started off the service with a warm and welcoming greeting. Felt like I knew him already. Came to service my AC & Heating equipment. Took pictures of everything good & bad. Went up in the attic, discovered my very much needed replacement of my ducts and insulation. He gave a thorough explanation of all my necessary repairs and replacements with pictures and videos as well. Ed, his supervisor showed up in the middle of it all and went over Jimmy's findings, did another though inspection to confirm the findings. Ed took out time to explain it all to me, making sure I understood and then worked out a plan and provided great discounts, understanding my budget and worked with me. We had great conversations, extremely friendly and kind. Also, very quick to set up the appointment for the crew to come and take care of the work and explained the process that will take place. They are very professional and really know the business as well as how to treat customers like real people, not another account. I highly recommend this company and in doing so I hope you are fortune enough to have Jimmy & Ed call on you! Thank you, I really enjoyed my time with you both!

Joshua Martinez was great. He was very thorough when explaining what he was doing at each step of the plumbing inspection. He explained how hard water damages your pipes and showed me what my parts looked like. He made his observations clear and described what he was seeing. Upon finishing my inspection he gave me a pamphlet for water filtration in case we want to soften are water which was his recommendation. I would recommend him to anyone who asked.

Shoutout to David C. and Jerson S. For their services on 10/22 in Highland. These gentlemen did a phenomenal job with attic insulation removal and install. They sealed everything up beautifully inside the home and left no mess to clean up! The attic insulation is great too! What a huge difference in our home. We hadn't run the AC for nearly three weeks now, its wonderful! If anyone is on the fence about having this done, this is the right business to have it done proper! We had several companies here and none would cover our expectations, nor was their guarantee and warranty satisfactory. That's where Service Champions comes in. I started using them for routine maintenance on my hvac. Had my plumbing checked, even had a water heater installed through them. Also had an air filter unit for the hvac unit added. I've used their services four times this year. I trust them in my home. I trust them following through with their services and on top of all this, their membership service is terrific! Never would have thought to have these as my go to guys-for our home maintenance. Greatly appreciate the service and will continue to use them. Thank you again guys!

I had duct work done and the two technicians that did the work, William Jolon and Kevin Rojas were very professional, courteous, organized and very hard working. They arrived at 8:30am and worked straight through to 4:30pm when they completed the work. They were very clean and hauled all trash out. I highly recommend Service Champions because of how impressive the two technicians were.

Alex was very friendly, clean, professional, and performed a thorough inspection of my HVAC system. After the inspection, we reviewed photos and discussed his findings and recommendations. I really appreciated the level of effort, time spent and skills needed to perform a detailed inspection and cleaning of the system, and taking the time to perform a comprehensive review of the results. Today Service Champion’s plumber Andrew Grant conducted a 11-point inspection of our home.  I am so impressed with the thorough review.  Frankly I didn’t think I needed this, instead I usually wait until there’s a problem.  That’s a mistake.  This technician was terrific and discussed our history of plumbing issues and concerns.  He explained and answered all our questions.  He offered great recommendations and gave us several options.  Mr. Grant was the 5th plumber we had examine the water pressure in the shower.  Prior plumbers all assured us there wasn’t a problem.  Finally, we found a great plumber who quickly recognized our issue and fixed it.  We have gone two years with poor pressure.  Because 4 plumbers assured us nothing could be done, we just lived with it.  I am so happy to have this fixed.  It has been a pleasure working with Mr. Grant and I will definitely ask for him in the future.
