The technician was punctual, but If you don’t have the experience and expertise to solder aluminum, do not offer to fix, if he would had declined offering to fix, I would have gotten someone knowledgeable to take on the task. Now its going to cost me a whole new ac unit on an excellent brand unit. Went from a couple of hundreds to a few thousands... Apart from this I had to pay him as well for his "Service". I wouldn’t recommend this person.

AriJen Air conditioning and heating is an amazing company to do work with. We needed a Saturday appointment for an emergency water leak in our pipes. Mr. BJ was in contact with us within minutes after leaving a message, once on site he replaced our defective pipe and left the area spotless. We were very pleased with his service and will definitely use him again in the future.

I've used Arijen Air Conditioning & Heating for a while now and have worked with Beejay. It's been a pleasure working with him. He was very helpful when it came to answering my questions. When my unit broke he got it fixed and working very quickly. I am pleased with his service and would recommend him.

Overall dissatisfied and disappointed! We purchased 6 consoles a job that cost over $18,000 , four years ago. Every summer since we purchased the consoles they will blow hot air. We would call Bee-jai he’ll come fill it up with Freon and of course it would blow cold air. For just a short period. (With a charge not for free) We told him there had to be a leak somewhere for it to be constantly running out of Freon. That conversation took place this past winter. His answer was to reach out to him around spring to remind him. It’s May we reached out to him last month he came left a tank monitoring overnight to see if there was a leak,, sure enough next day when he came back he confirmed there was a leak. Now he mentions he’ll have to go over the whole job to see where is the leak, only to come with a different idea two days later telling us the unit is no good we have to buy a new one.. REALLY! Another $13,500 out of our pocket ,, that is insane! First of all why say one thing two days later come with a different story . Trying to cut corners the easy way out. He just don’t want to check step by step the whole job again and see where is the leak. Instead he will prefer for us to pay for another unit when there is nothing wrong with the one we have now.. excuses after excuses blaming manufacturers etc.. We are now having hot weather and this man don’t even have the mordacity to call my husband to work something out. My kids remote learning with fans on. Now we have to find someone else to have this whole system checked . Pay someone else’s mistakes!! I would not recommend him to anyone. Those who were satisfied with his business you guys got lucky.
