Had a great experience with O’Donnell installing my new Lennox furnace. The office staff was extremely friendly and answered any questions I had. The installers were very courteous and friendly and did an excellent job installing my new furnace with no issues. I had one quick question the day after installation and they sent an installer back to my house within 30 minutes of calling to verify everything was as it should be. I would recommend them to anyone.

If you need a new furnace and/or A/C, I highly recommend. When I call for service the staff is always polite and responsive to my needs. Technician Tim is very professional but mostly he is very informative and knowledgeable. I am very glad I went with ODonnell when I needed a new furnace and AC.

I purchased a gas furnace from O'Donnell Heating September 2025. Installer was professional and answered any questions I had. The "office wife" Dawn was very pleasant. All around a positive experience. I also referred my son to O'Donnell's Heating and he purchased the same furnace as myself in October 2025. A good business to work with.

O’Donnell installed a new furnace and air conditioner on 6/19/2025. I signed an agreement on 6/7. The installer arrived at 10:00 am and completed the job by 3:40 pm. He and his assistant were very professional and knowledgeable. I’m very happy with my new air conditioner. Installed before summer heat dome. I recommend this company. The price was fair and competitive.

Woke up to a freezing house on the coldest day of the winter, called O’Donnell Heating at 8am and they had someone out to us within the hour. They check our furnace out determined we needed a new furnace and showed us why. Gave us options and advice on best unit to install and even has options for financing. Then the guys that came to install were professional, nice and worked fast and efficiently. They explained everything to us and finished within 3 hours. Heat back on within a total of 5 hours and they even moved a bigger job to get my family heat (3 children at home). Best part was the owner called us and told us they would gave me the higher end/energy efficient furnace at the same price as the lower level/energy efficient furnace. You have a heating or cooling problem in WNY, call O’Donnell Heating and Cooling if you want your moneys worth.

Our furnace was at the end of its life and we were shopping for a new furnance and installer. The costs of our previous company were rising each year, so we contacted O'Donnell and they provided a very competitive quote along with a short leadtime to get the new furnace installed. We have been very happy with our new system and the heating bill.
