GP Plumbing is my expert, reliable, and trusted service provider. Mike Gracobbe not only easily resolved the low water pressure in my homes showers but also provided peace of mind as to how I could troubleshoot issues myself. His expertise is undeniable as is his customer service. This is the 2nd time I have had GP Plumbing to my home (for a different concern) and I have found all their service representatives, from in-take call to scheduling to repair, efficient, knowledgeable and professional.

This is the worst company you can possibly work with. I am giving 1 star simply because it would not let me give negative. I had them come out to replace a water heater and fix and air conditioner. Turns out it was the kickstarter and needed 1lb of freon. That was 650. A little high, but thought they would take care of us on the water heater. They sure did. 1250.00 to install a water heater. They added a drain line by "drilling" read kicking a hole through our wall just to make sure I needed a drywaller to come as well. When questioning the 1250 charge and showing an add for 495.00 water heaters, the owner Guy got so defensive and told me that add never should have been run and they need to make money on buying water heaters. He also said there was so much entailed. I disagree as total time spent on job was 40 mins. Super involved job. Stay far away as there are so many better options such as Bergau plumbing. Live and learn and boy have I learned. Guy you should be ashamed of treating families who have helped you as much as mine has this way. I will add to my review as they have decided to challenge the validity. I had a friend time the work that was done. That is how I know it was 40 minutes. I also did not have to replace the drywall behind the heater as it has a few specks of mold from the humidity caused by the water leaking. I will add a picture for proof. Also I will add the picture of the spot that the tech clearly kicked a hole in our wall. Funny too, they don't address the fact that they have an add running for 495.00 water heaters installed. I knew it would be more than that for the drain pan, but not 1250.00 total. Also we had the wall ready for the heater install before the tech left and we told him he could put it in right then. He said he couldn't because the office told him to go to the next and come back later. And yes my brother in law did a lot of work in another business with the owner, it was less than reciprocal. Plus, I was not looking for a deal because of their relationship, simply an honest and fair price. I received neither and I am simply telling my story. You can decide for yourselves if you make the call to GP or not.

My AC hasn't drained correctly since it was installed. They LOVE coming out and sucking drain line for $200 a pop, but still have not fixed the problem. The unit is only 2 years old, I shouldn't have to vacuum my line literally every week, sometimes multiple times a day. When I call to complain they try and sell me a maintenance package. I'd be happy to buy one IF you took care of my problem first! Gonna seek help elsewhere UPDATE: While I may NOT be a certified AC Technician, I am a customer, a customer who grew frustrated enough to take time a write a review. I wrote the review because I felt I wasn't being heard, that the same problems happened over and over again even with priming the tap. I would have entertained a member of management coming out to see what was going and suggest solutions. I did receive a phone message, but was on the road that day meeting with clients and unable to return the call. Hours later I saw the written response below. Instead of the "Sorry for any confusion, how do we make this right," I am given an out-of-context list of my service records (some of which is incorrect) and implications on my inexperience being the root cause of the problem. I don't need to write anymore, this is NOT how you should treat your customers... I did get a second opinion this weekend, the pitch on the main drain line was insufficient (like no pitch at all) causing my drain pan to continually back up. There are other installation issues that I will be fixing as well.

We have been using GP Plumbing for several years and have always had great service. Today Ryan was our service person. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained clearly and in detail what he was doing for our maintenance check up. He also talked about an issue we have with our compressor. Again he explained everything clearly and provided an estimate on replacement of that part. Thank you Ryan, great job!

We just signed a maintenance contract with them after the great service they gave my daughter. Ryan waa our service technician and to say that he was thorough would be an understatement. He took the time to explain everything to us. Excellent service. We made a switch from one company to GP Plumbing and A/C and are thrilled with our decision..Someone always answers the phone and the follow up is outstanding.

GP Plumbing and Air Conditioning has taken care of my Air Conditioning unit for about 6 years. I have an annual maintenance contract so see them twice a year. They are honest, trustworthy and friendly. Ryan come out today, and once again was so helpful and patient, and taught me some additional maintenance tricks to keep the unit running smoothly. He is very knowledgeable, and I appreciate him taking the time to answer any questions I have. Great locally owned company

We have an ongoing AC maintenance agreement with GP Plumbing for a couple of years now and could not be happier. Annual maintenance checks are always done on time and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I called this morning to place an AC service call and was able to have someone come out the very same day. The technician, Ryan, was very professional and explained thoroughly the issue he detected. There was no sales pitch to the newest and best equipment on the market. He checked out any possible existing warranties and made sure all my questions and concerns got answered. I have and will continue to recommend GP Plumbing to anybody.
