There are very few companies left like this. Abdul showed us where we had issues and also showed us the areas that did not need work. He was very honest and did not try to overcharge us like most companies do. His prices are very fair. We had a fantastic experience with Mr. Abdul from Raleigh HVAC Experts, LLC. We called up them on Saturday later hour with a broken HVAC unit, he came on Sunday morning earlier than the scheduled time on Monday. He was very knowledgeable, understood the issue quickly, explained us everything very well with possible options, fixed the issue and got us back up and running. Our AC stopped working at the right time when this heat wave is going on. We booked another HVAC repair and he stood us up and it was a Friday and they were off in weekend. Raleigh HVAC saved us from misery, they initially said it will be Sunday morning, but when I called and requested they said they will try And try they did. Abdul came Saturday evening and fixed it. We were living in 90 degree house for 4 days and it was horrible. Thanks Abdul & Bakir for your professionalism.

I highly recommend choosing these guys for your HVAC repair or replacement. They were actually assigned to me by my home warranty company, but after working with them, I'll reach out to them the next time I need something. Our A/C system needed to be replaced, and Abdul showed up with two other guys at 8am to replace the system. They worked hard and finished by the early afternoon, very professional and clinical.

Add me to the list of 5 start reviewers! I called Abdul at about 4 PM when the A/C quit. He said he would try to get to me that day. He arrived at 7 PM and had the A/C running by 8 PM. That was impressive: Working at my house after and already long hot day and then fixing the system quickly. He replaces the large "service" company we were using. Absolutely, 5 stars.

Abdule serviced our heating unit and performed a very detailed inspection and analysis. He is an excellent technician and knows his specialty. I am a very grateful customer.

My home had an HWA (home warranty of America) service contract and HWA used Raleigh HVAC Experts (RHE). Last summer our heat pump could not keep the upstairs below 78 degrees on hot days. The Raleigh HVAC Experts told me that these units were not made for temperatures above 90 degrees so we just had to live with it. Some days it was 79 degrees, no matter how low we set the AC. This summer the heat pump compressor stopped working so we got a new unit at the end of June. This took over a week, but it worked for a day or two. They came back out and fixed it. Fifteen days ago it stopped working again - no heat and no AC. They took several days to come out and when they did they said it was a Freon leak and they would have to come back in a few days to find the leak. They came out and said they could tighten a valve where it was leaking and said it was a manufacturer's defect. They over tightened the valve and it broke so no heat or AC. They said they needed to order a new valve but no feedback on how long that would take. We got another HVAC company that fixed it.
