Siener Air

Siener installed a new central AC and VRF system in my house. It was a historic renovation with not a lot of clear space to work with, but they figured out how to get everything to fit where it needed to go. One of the condensing units malfunctioned due to manufacturer defect, and the manufacturer (American Standard) was not at all helpful resolving the problem under warranty. Al Siener stood behind his work and replaced the unit at no cost to me. Al is clearly committed to professional integrity and providing the highest level of service to his customers.

He was so great! I am a first time homeowner and he explained everything about my HVAC unit to me while he was doing things. He was very easy to talk to and I will 100% be calling if I have any problems in the future .

Our central air system broke. First guy we called said the problem couldn't be fixed and kept trying to sell us a new unit. We then called Siener Air to get another opinion - Al and Nicole came out the next day and had our air conditioning running perfectly in 24 hours. They were truly a breath of fresh air. 100% recommend for those who want an honest and transparent team.

Very professional, with a very quick response. The owner came out himself. Explained in detail what was wrong and thankfully it was something minor. Had Siener out to fix what another company had screwed up. They were super responsive, fixed the problem quickly and were very reasonably priced. I'm planning to have them out for another mini-split installation for the back portion of my house in the near future. I would recommend them to anyone.
