Installed a humidity system that promptly failed due to a cheap humidistat. The servicer who came back to fix it acknowledged they broke regularly. This caused thousands of dollars in damage to our hardwood floors as we left for a honeymoon and humidity was not maintained. Owner Mark had originally committed to helping me solve the matter - and said he would come back in August once the damage had stabilized. It is now September and Peter, the GM, is ghosting me despite three email reach outs in August/September. Unacceptable when you’ve spent $4,800 and the service provider acknowledges their system failed. My floors are permanently ruined due to Five Star’s decision to install a stock item they knew regularly failed. Mark, please call me when you see this as I do not have your email and Peter does not reply to my reach outs. I would like a resolution.

Phenomenal customer service! Knowledgeable, competent, caring, can’t thank them enough for all they did for me. Had another company improperly install an Unico system which caused water damage to my home. Five Star explained what they would recommend, gave me an estimate, showed up on time, and actually cared about my situation. I asked a million questions as I was burned before- they were extremely patient with me, understood my concerns, answered all of my questions (some more than once), and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend, especially if you want a company that cares and takes pride in their workmanship and values their reputation. They treat you like family. Kudos to Peter and Mark and the whole team!

The guys that serviced our system were very knowledgeable and professional. They did a very thorough job. This was the routine maintenance team. Further we had a poor humidifier setup from previous owners removed and up graded to a better system. ( we live in a 100 year old building.) They removed all unnecessary equipment and reconfigured all of the electrical and plumbing. As I mentioned with the maintenance crew each of the install guys were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Peter who looked at the problem and devised a solution for us came out to the job to check on things. Mark the owner also showed up. The management backs up the guys in the field and they went over and above to make sure the job was done right and that we were satisfied. They treated us as if they were doing a job for family. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Nick and Piotr handled our AC installation. They were absolutely fantastic. Their communication was excellent, they showed up early to work each day, maintained a super neat work space, placed the AC outlets exactly where we discussed with precision, and miraculously finished the installation in 5 days—just in time to handle the big heatwave that hit the Midwest. 5 stars for SURE! Peter Gambino, who managed the installation was also awesome and communicative and came out multiple times to check on on the status of the installation. Thank you all!

I called FiveStar because my AC wouldn’t cool below 78 degrees, and they sent Juan the next day. He was a great technician—friendly, patient, and hard-working, doggedly solving the puzzle of what was wrong .He was able to fix the AC temporarily with a work-around until a specific part could be ordered and installed. A very good experience!

I was completely happy with The attention to detail. Whether it was them sending a text with the Five Star service person‘s picture and a little information about them or even cleaning up and making the area they worked in look just as they found it or in the case of my AC looks way better than they found it. I am so happy with that. The first Five Star employee, Luke, did a wonderful job, Jerrick and the gentleman who worked with him to install my AC unit also did fantastic work all three men Were very nice, cordial, pleasant, professional, and friendly. I am pleased with Five Star service and all their team members who I worked with in person or on the phone. They were all a pleasure to deal with and completely amazing. I would definitely come back to Five Star in the future when it’s needed.

My air conditioning broke down and I engaged the services of another vendor who only exacerbated the problem. Paul of 5 Star took incredible time to analyze and fix the problem. Outstanding service- professional and timely.
