⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down the BEST decision we made! After dealing with two other HVAC companies and spending nearly $4,000 on "fixes" that didn’t last more than two weeks, we were at our wits’ end. To make things worse, we were then told we’d need to replace our entire AC unit—for $14,000—even though it’s less than five years old! Thankfully, some close friends highly recommended Going Green Home Solutions, and that’s when everything changed. We had Chris come out to take a look, and from the very beginning, he stood out. The workers were very professional, proficient, and polite. I had the furnace and air conditioner unit replaced. Both were close to 20 years old. At the end of the project, they cleaned the work areas. They also made sure I was familiar with how the new system operated. Now, the house does not take long to cool off and feels great. Had a pipe burst from line freezing in heater call came out within the hour. Completed same day. Found a second burst pipe came back out the next day and installed also. Time is prompt, prices are reasonable, very professional and they will definitely take care of your problems. I will keep them as my hvac person and recommend them to everyone I know. Chris was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He did what he could to fix our AC and let us know what else we might want to look at when we have the funds. Will work with Going Green again! UPDATE 2025: We did end up having to replace the whole AC system. Chris was able to give us a discount for some of the work we'd already had done, and was able to bump us up in the schedule so we wouldn't have to be without AC for an entire week in July! It's never fun having to spend money on home equipment breaking down, but the experience of working with Going Green makes it as painless as it can be. Grateful!
