Mike was upfront on the phone and gave a price that was $100 LESS than the other company's quote (that was already discounted). He came to the house within 20 minutes, as promised. He replaced the broken water intake valve within 40 minutes. i would gladly recommend Mike's Primo Plumbing to my friends.

I highly recommend Primo Plumbing. I have been using Primo Plumbing since 2022. Mike is my go-to, trusted plumber. He is very knowledgeable, professional, honest, and thoughtful. He’s done small jobs for me like replacing water facet handles and fixing minor leaks to much larger jobs like replacing my tankless water heater and installing a drip pan. I am always pleased with his work. He’s always open to answering questions and explaining what he will be doing. In short, he’s the best. Try him out, you won’t regret it.

Superior service. Water heaters are always a short-fused problem so when Mike said he could have it done in a couple of hours, we had him start as soon as possible. He arrived on time and started right into the task. The installation was quick and professional. He is a very personable and conscientious individual and we wouldn't hesitate to contract with him for any other plumbing needs that arise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
