Kenneth is an excellent HVAC repairman who shoots it straight and gets after it! I called him in the morning and he was able to get me into his busy schedule by early afternoon! By 4 pm he figured out why my 16 year old unit was down (bad compressor) and was able to bypass wiring to ensure my family had heat during the coldest nights of the year thus far. He was a pleasure talking to and explained everything in detail and even took the time to show me with his electric meters what actual readings were compared to what they should be. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a very fair quote for a new unit. I ultimately went with a different unit from another HVAC company but Kenneth deserves recognition as a quality HVAC professional. Thanks Kenneth for what you do and the excellent customer care you provide! I pray your business endeavors and the plans you have to instruct HVAC professionals are successful.

I'll never go anywhere else! I came across Chief's Heating and Cooling on a Google search for someone to come and look at my units. Kenneth is absolutely amazing! Very communicative, pricing is more than fair, and he doesn't try to screw you over in any way. He explains everything thoroughly and is quick to get things right again! I had a fantastic experience with Chief’s Heating & Cooling. I called them on a Saturday and they arrived within an hour. The technician was fast, professional, and clearly explained the problem with my AC unit. He gave me a quote of $500 depending on the work needed, but when the job was done, the total was only $300! I’m usually nervous about being overcharged in this field, but he was honest and dedicated to fixing my unit right. I also called other companies and their quotes were as high as $6,000! Not only did Cheifs get us in fast, they worked meticulously to get to the bottom of the issue with our AC. He gave us tips on how to maintain the unit, and showed us what we can do on our own for minor ‘fixes’ Cheifs kept us updated every step of the way, showing us his diagnostics and answering all of our questions. He was an honest hardworking veteran, and has already requested to come back for a check up. On top of all of that, his prices are the best in town. As first time home owners, we will be using him again!

Our AC stopped cooling and being a Friday and very hot forecast for the weekend had us worried about finding someone to come out, called and they came out within a couple of hours. They were able to fix the issue and get us working again. Highly recommend
