I recently had my AC serviced and had an excellent experience. The technician, Chance, was extremely professional and thorough from start to finish. He not only serviced the unit itself but also took the time to check airflow in multiple rooms to make sure everything was working as it should. He even discovered that the UV light in my ductwork wasn’t connected properly—something I never would have known without his attention to detail. I really appreciated Chance’s candidness and the care he put into the job. It’s reassuring to have a technician who goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. I’m very happy with the service and would absolutely recommend this company!

Devin was awesome today. We found him to thorough, knowledgeable and customer friendly. We respectfully will request he be our service tech for each bi annual maintenance appointment. This company has gone through multiple transitions with some not being very good for the customer. However, as of late, the technicians and customer service has been much improved. We will continue to work with Performance Air for our heating and cooling needs. RFC

My steam shower was not working and no one could figure out what was wrong. My go to electrician even told me everything looked fine. This company finally realized it was a serious electrical issue that could have caused a fire, so happy I had them come out. They fixed the issue properly and everything is working now with no safety concerns. Price was very fair and they quickly fixed it as well.

I work for a large contractor as a General Superintendent and operations managers for very large projects with over 40 years of experience in construction. This was my daughter’s condo and I was there with your workers. Their work was outstanding. Both were very professional. If every install crew you have does work like this crew your company had trained them well. Your price, warranty and service contract compared with others was hard to beat. 12 years, parts and labor for new AC system outstanding.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY 3 1/2 years ago I had the entire system replaced in my home. November 2024 system stopped working. They sent tech out and I was told the coil was bad and it would be $4000 in labor to replace it!! It took them until April 16th 2025 to finally get back to me. I had 2 separate managers come out and tell me they would repair for half the original quote. I agreed just so I could get the ac back working again. April 21 tech shows up and says it can’t be repaired due to the fact it was installed wrong and that they would have to take it out of attic and place in laundry/bathroom and that they would replace system with a new air handler. I wasn’t pleased with it having to be placed there but once again I just wanted ac again. After job was done tech left paperwork behind and I noticed that they installed a different system than the one I paid for. They put the cheapest one on the market in my house. When I contacted the service manager Shawn Mercer he told me it’s basically the same thing. I disagreed and told him I wanted the same system I paid for. He said he would have to get with his general manager and get back to me. I have called multiple times in the last 3 days just to be told he is unavailable!!

Jeremiah was my technician today. He was very thorough in his maintenance check of the system. He also offered additional suggestions for the system to better maintain itself. He was also very courteous and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend his services to other Performance air customers.

COMPLETE AND TOTAL PROFESSIONALS!!! We just used Performance for our complete A/C unit upgrade. Troy, Trevor, Jeremy, Will and John were all AWESOME! This wonderful company has our highest, personal recommendation! We feel very comfortable with the amount we paid. We received an incredible TWELVE YEAR warranty along with interest free financing for eighteen months! We simply cannot express just how professional, knowledgeable and courteous these guys are. They texted my wife with a picture of the technician coming to the house, came right on time and got the job done right the first time on time with absolutely no issues whatsoever.
