I spoke at first with Marla. She was very nice and professional. It was easy to set up my appointment for a new AC unit estimate. Joe was the Tech to come over. He showed up on-time. He was also very nice and professional. Talk to me about all of my options. He gave me an estimate for Good. Better. Best. I'm very happy. Also the best part is their warranty. 10/10 parts & labor. I pulled the trigger and went with ART for the AC install. I had Cuba, Jake and, Petra here. They did a fast job. They were done by 2 pm and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be happier with ART and my new AC. Thank you.

He explained the process well and gave me a choice by somehow providing me with information and details on what the process involves, including proper licensing. Had a great experience with Lawrence. He was knowledgeable of about the work that needed to be done and up front with how he was going to make the repairs. I'm comfortable with the price I paid as this is something that I would not have been able to fix on my own. I love that the parts are warranted and the work is warrantied for at least two years. I also appreciate that he cleaned up the area after the repairs were complete. I would recommend Lawrence for these types of shower repairs.

I had art plumbing install my new electric water heater and I have to say, Mr. Frank did an absolute phenomenal job!! Not only was he knowledgeable about the product and how to install it, he was also very pleasant to talk with and was fair at pricing everything! I plan on getting Frank back out for any of my other plumbing needs that might pop up. I also had art plumbing come out and inspect my AC unit since it’s an older unit and they sent me Howard. Now he was very thorough when inspecting my ac inside and out! He was able to tell me about a leak a previous AC guy missed so I’m so thankful for him for that. He was also very very respectful and speaking with him was also very pleasant! He explained all my options and all different estimates with different prices so I could pick what I thought was best instead of just giving me one option. Which, for me, is a first! He really did go above and beyond and i truly appreciate it! Art plumbing has really and truly been a pleasure to work with and I’m finally glad I have a good plumber company! From the technicians to their customer service… everyone was easy to speak with and was quick to resolve any issues I’ve had and I’m thankful!!!!

We recently had our water heater replaced, and I could not be more impressed with the level of service provided. Anthony Flores, our plumber arrived on time and worked diligently from 11:00 AM until 6:30 PM, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and thoroughness throughout the entire day. In addition to installing a new Rheem water heater, he replaced the corroded washing machine water shut-off handles, updated several copper piping connections, and addressed the exterior plumbing/backflow preventer by the hose bib outside. He also took the time to carefully inspect the plumbing issues I had originally requested to be checked, ensuring that nothing was overlooked. What stood out most was his ability to clearly explain each step of the process, giving us the knowledge we needed to make informed decisions. His workmanship was outstanding, and it is evident that he takes great pride in the quality of his work. Overall, this was phenomenal service from start to finish, and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of reliable and professional plumbing work.
