Warren is top notch! I have a rental property in Narragansett with seasonal customers about to arrive on their vacations and my AC unit went out on me. Warren was able to get over quickly to diagnose the issue and had me all fixed up the following day! True life saver. I have used Warren twice now and I highly recommend him - super professional, friendly, and reliable!

Just had a new AC unit replaced and I can't recommend Rowlett & Son's HVAC enough! Warren was quick to respond to all of my calls/texts and was incredibly professional. Service was spectacular and our new unit is working like a dream. I will be referring all my friends and family.

During the recent heatwave, when our central air system suddenly stopped working, we struggled to find an available HVAC technician. After a long list of calls, Warren was able to come out last minute and help us. He performed a full system check, replaced our thermostat, and got everything working again. He was polite, efficient, and professional. We’ll definitely be calling him again for future services!

Called this HVAC company on A Tuesday morning, because my central air stopped working. They came out that day. He diagnosed the problem immediately. Took the motor home, and ended up replacing it. Installed it the next day. Fair price, great service, very communicative highly, highly recommend!

Warren was awesome! He came out within 12 hours of me texting him abd fixed our AC within an hour! Definitely recommend and will be referring him for all future HVAC concerns.

Paid $4000+ last summer for them to finalize an A/C hook up from the previous owner of my house and nothing but fan air is coming out. Had another company come and quote this week and showed that the work Rowlett and Son’s did was incomplete is now costing me another $4000+ to get running. It stings and I feel ripped off by Rowlett knowing the work was not complicated or a mystery.

New to the area. We had a leak from our furnace. Called another company who strung me along for five days. Finally I call Rowlett. Warren answered the phone. Came out that afternoon to look. He installed the next day. Everything went as described. This is the old school customer service and respect that seems to be missing from most businesses these days. I recommend these folks to anyone in need of HVAC services.
