We have been with Reliance for over 25 years. Would not work with anybody else. They are responsive, professional and competent. We have had the same technician for the entire time. He is truly outstanding. What does that tell you about the Company? It tells me they take care of the people who take care of us.

We could not have asked for a better seasonal maintenance service on our heat pump. VINCEL did an excellent job of explaining what he was doing and then providing feedback on what he found and was doing to correct a minor problem that we were not aware of before it became a bigger issue. He was very cordial and easy to work with and .

Got here a little past 1:00 pm and went right to work checking furnace. Replaced filter and found no problems with furnace or thermostats. We will renew service again for next year! Very fast and efficient service every time and very polite technicians!!!!!

Vince was our technician. He was punctual, friendly, and a total professional. He clearly explained everything he did to check and service our system. Thanks to Reliance, and Vince, our 7 year old system has been problem free.

These guys are great! They do all right. Show up on the day they are supposed to, show up on time, and most importantly, they are efficient and get the job done at a fair price. The real Rockstar is Dale. He is thorough and a great tech.
