We had a water leak in our basement due to an issue with our humidifier. It soaked about a 20x4 foot area of carpet in our finished basement. We contacted SERVPRO, and Jackie was at our house within an hour! She was extremely professional and courteous, and had the tools and knowledge to take care of the issue on the spot! We are so grateful that due to her fast response, we did not have to pull up/replace our almost new carpet! We would highly recommend SERVPRO, and especially Jackie!!

I cannot say enough good things about ServPro of Madison! In June 2024, our transitional shelter was hit with severe flooding due to heavy rains, and we had water literally coming up through the concrete. In the middle of the night, I called Ray at ServPro of Madison, and to my amazement, he had a crew and equipment at our facility first thing the next morning. Ray and his team were incredible from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, professional, and extremely courteous. They took the time to explain the process and kept checking in regularly to ensure everything was being handled properly. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing to get the job done right. Thanks to them, we've had no issues with dampness, mold, or any lasting water damage. We’re so grateful for ServPro of Madison’s prompt, thorough, and friendly service. I highly recommend them for any water damage or restoration needs. They truly went above and beyond!

I hired Servpro to help me with a broken pipe. The team that came out to dry everything was amazing & top line customer service. I hired Servpro to fix everything that was broken/ damaged from the water damage. To make a long story short I had to manage Servpro the whole time by calling the office & ?management over 8 times to ask for the little project to be finished. Servpro called me zero times over 6 months because management didn’t care, yes it took forever to fix a little issue. I talked to both the office manager & the repair manager who both had no understanding of management because they were clueless of what was going on or never been in a management position before & made promises they didn’t believe in. I found out that they sub contracted with other companies & people to fulfill the jobs that needed to be done which the sub contracted people I can’t stop praising because they were the only people that contracted me in my need of this crisis. I was even sent a letter from the owner of Wisconsin Servpro telling me they don’t stand behind what they say. Please hiring local people who are willing to stand behind what they do because Servpro is a national company who hires buyers who don’t believe in the company. If the owner of Wisconsin Servpro doesn’t believe in Servpro beliefs based on commercials why should you?

Servpro of Madison did a great job of cleaning our home lower level after a frozen drain pipe caused waste water to back up. They were on site the next day to remove carpeting, cut damaged dry wall, sanitize and dry out our finished lower level. The team of Travis Cota, Manuel, Jackson and Marcio did a great job, were very efficient and professional. I would not hesitate to call them, although I hope to never need their services again.

My mother Sarah, had a major flood in her condo. Servpro was there quickly and got right to work. Tyler and Kolton managed everything so well. They went above and beyond. Even furniture we thought was a loss, survived because they had fans on everything so fast. Their crew got the place completely dried out, safely moved furniture, boxed up dishes, and even helped with taking some furniture apart. They were very respectful of mom’s property. Kolton and Taylor are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They also communicated well with mom’s insurance company. We like them so much, we are having them manage the rebuild. We highly recommend Servpro.
