I had such a great experience with C.P.R. A/C & Heat today. I reached out needing help with my heater and Bryan and Bruce came out within the hour. They were so kind, efficient, and genuinely easy to talk to. They explained everything clearly and were completely honest in their assessment — no pressure, no upselling, just real help. Bruce and Jeremy just left my house after fixing my A/C. They were a pleasure to work with. I have been doing business with C.P. R. For several years and have been very happy with their service. They are responsive, polite and fair. Highly recommend them.
Very professional, on time and responded quickly. Each worker was friendly, and were careful with our home(putting down drop cloths where necessary). Explained everything thoroughly, and made sure we understood all aspects of the installation of the new unit. Bryon and his team were courteous, and we couldn’t be happier with their work and service!
I called in at 5 pm when we noticed that our outside unit wasn't running and the house was getting warm. Bruce called me back within 15 minutes and had the problem fixed by 6:30 pm. You can't beat fast, courteous, affordable service. Kudos to CPR AC & Heat, we'll definitely be calling back.

The CPR team was knowledgeable and professional. They gave an honest diagnosis despite other companies trying to upsell, listened to my needs, and replaced our old deteriorating ductwork with high quality materials that will last for decades. New equipment is airtight and beautifully installed to code. Bryan and co take a lot of pride in their work, and our house is much more comfortable as a result of their efforts.
