Prudhom Mechanical

My technician was great and answered all my questions. He came and helped me promptly and offered multiple possible solutions. I really appreciate the friendly service and how quickly they were able to solve my issue. My only complaint is the price of Freon was far higher than the high end of what I would expect. I don’t mind paying for excellent service, but the actual product seems highly overpriced to me.

The technician was on time, respectful of my home, and left everything clean when the job was done. Nate was AMAZING!!!! 5 stars!!!!! It’s so rare these days to find a company that combines quality craftsmanship with such great customer service. Joseph was great to work with. He was VERY through, making sure there were no leaks. He double checked about everything he could and stayed until 9:00 PM to insure the unit was working correctly after the repairs were complete. We are very satisfied with the level of service we received.

I typically try to fix things myself, but Prudhom helped when the job was just too far beyond me. Though a bit pricey, it secured me accurate and powerful repairs that I wouldn't have even known to attempt. In that way, it was worth every penny.
