I wish I could give Jamie and his crew more stars! Jamie responded the same day, and installed two new units the next day. His crew was fast, extremely professional, and his price was very competitive. I’m not even going to shop around in the future, Jamie has earned my entire family’s business for as long as he remains in business.

I’ve had a maintenance contract with 3:16 HVAC for a few years now, and especially since my unit is almost 20 years old, I really appreciate the peace of mind of having Jamie and his guys checking up on its health twice a year. The couple of times I’ve had an issue, they’ve taken care of me quickly and at reasonable cost. I know nothing lasts forever, but I also know I can trust these folks to help defer replacement cost until it is truly necessary.

Since they originally installed our system in 2018 we've used them twice now for warranty repairs. In the latest case, they were able arrive within an hour, find the part in town, pick it up, come back and install in the same day.
