One Choice Mechanical

CJ and Sean were extremely professional and patient-they answered all of our (many) questions throughout the process. They replaced our 2006 furnace with a new Trane on 10.28.25. And you know the saying....."Nothing stops a Trane." So here's to a warm worry-free winter. In addition to the furnace, they replaced our Air conditioner and offer a semi annual maintenance to ensure that they are in tip top condition for the season. Horrible!! Tech showed up around 5 on a Friday. In a big hurry. Left screw of my Trane XR13 on my window sill. Left his adjustable wrench. Sales guy calls and says their "technician" evaluated my system and recommended a complete replacement at a cost of $12k!?!?! Went on line. Found the compressor capacitor was faulty. Replaced it and new wiring harnesses. Good as new ! Ice cold air for $25. Go pack sand One Mechanical.

I am very pleased with One Choice Mechanical. Bailey was patient with me as he worked to get the HVAC system that I wanted. He answered all my questions in great detail. He is a kind, respectful, young man that really worked hard to please me. Shawn and Clarence were the installers of my new system. They worked hard all day and made sure everything was done correctly. Shawn and Clarence also answered all my questions during my install. These two men were mannerly and pleasant throughout the day even though they were working very hard to get my system installed. I found One Choice Mechanical's bid to be very reasonable compared to other companies I reached out to. They also offer a ten year labor warranty on their HVAC systems. I would highly recommend One Choice Mechanical if you want a company that goes beyond to try to please you and provide all your HVAC needs!!

Alex Compton was great. Very respectful not only to me, but to my home as well. Kept the place clean and made sure to clean up after himself once he was done. Had an issue with my AC and they came out right away to take a look for me!

I've had One Choice come out twice now and they are always on top of their game. I spoke with Bri to get scheduled and she doesn't play around in the best way. She is so friendly, easy to talk to, and gets you scheduled asap which I love because I feel like with other companies its hard to schedule and get someone to answer the phone. Typically when getting services from other companys its a task that lingers all day but with One Choice they are in and out, also super efficient. Today Alex and his trainee Dawson came and diagnosed our issue. They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. I also love the fact that they wear booties on their shoes and respect my home and space with cleanliness.

Thought I'd share some good news about these people. Our Ac unit went out on us and called to get a tec over to see what could be done. This was a Friday and he was not sure if they could get a crew our on a Saturday to replace it. From start to finish they got us taken care of and even found a crew that would do it on a Saturday. Everyone involved, even the Ladies that set the appt. were very nice. Thanks One Choice!

Dawson was a very polite thorough technician. He cleaned my 2 mini splits well. The additional work I needed was a bit out of my price range but still a good experience.
