Five Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently called Gore Plumbing, Heating & Air to schedule a service call because my unit was acting up, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They sent Ethan P. out, and he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He made reasonable recommendations, explained everything clearly, and even worked a bit past his normal hours to ensure my system was running smoothly before he left. This is a true family-owned and operated business that genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality service!

Gore installed an Oxbox by Trane HVAC unit at our home 4 years ago. We've had a regular maintenence contract. No issues with the unit at the last check up roughly 6 months ago. We've had no issues. They came yesterday for regular check up under a paid contract. Again, WE'VE HAD NO ISSUES WITH THE UNIT. The guy doing the maintenance tells my husband we need a new capacitor. Then he tells my husband we need a new motor. Motor is under warranty but it's going to cost us $780.00 for 2 hours of labor essentially. That same evening, we went to set the temp to cool the house and nothing works. WE HAD NO ISSUES PRIOR TO THEM COMING OUT FOR REGULAR SERVICE. My guess is they did something to break the unit to create a situation where we now need a new capacitor and motor and now have a non-functioning unit. Criminals.

If you plan on purchasing a TuttoKool brand just be aware you will have the hardest time reaching customer service (I’ve never been able to speak with anyone) also you don’t get an actual copy of any warranty only a paper that states you have a warranty!! I’ve had this new unit less than 90 days and the board is not working, and due to there being a dead mouse in the pan and Gore saying the dead mouse decay caused "water damage" to the control board so it’s not covered. Quoted $1,600 to get a new board!!! for a unit I had less than 90 days. Also my sump pump was disconnected when I had my dad go look behind the gentleman from Gore who came out. I’m currently having the new control board installed for $620 on this new unit. So just be mindful of this and other reviews.

Raegan was a true professional over the phone and maintained effective communication with me through emails and text. Ethan was phenomenal with his service and was a true professional addressing all issues and ensuring that service was effective at all times. We were not satisfied with this service. We called for a repair on an older model unit that was low in refrigerant. The service call was $89 just for them to come out. He tested the condenser coil for leak and found a minor leak. The Electronic test cost an additional $357.00. I don't want to give you the cost for stop leak and a recharge. Let's just say you could multiply it by 2.5 and purchase a new unit. We paid $477 to find out we had a leak...Wow. We picked one star due to the fact that you can't use half a star. Will not recommend or use this service in the future. Shop around if you can. Best of luck to whom it may concern.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! Our A/C went out on one of the hottest days this summer, and they came to the rescue fast. The technician, Ethan, was professional, knowledgeable, and had everything up and running again in no time. He explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Excellent service, fair pricing, and true lifesavers in this heat. Highly recommend!

Had a new unit installed exactly 1 year ago started giving me issues earlier this week called gore being they were the ones that installed the unit... the problem was the drain pain had water in it causing the safety switch to be tripped and shut the unit off gore charged me 95 dollars to come out which woman on phone told me I may not have to pay that unit was still under warranty but that changed when technician arrived....then wanted to charge between 500-700 dollars just to clean a drain line and get water out of pan.. well I ended up doing both myself got water out of pan with a shop vac... and used a can of air to clean drain line....took me 20 min....oh did I mention when new unit was installed a secondary drain line was supposed to be hooked up and they never came back to finish doing that and here we are a year later problem probably wouldn't have occured if they had of done that any way.....Unit is back up and running like a champ now...... feel like problem could have been resolved in a better way by gore other than wanting to charge between 500 and 700 dollars being the unit is so new and they are the ones who installed it......seems like the company is just money hungry now since the father has passed old fashioned customer service has gone out the window with this company in my opinion....
